About The Position
The Operations Analyst will support financial reporting and data management for complex client portfolios. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining and inputting investment data into portfolio accounting systems, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience working with financial data in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate and resolve issues.
- Interest in understanding financial data.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to financial reporting and/or investment operations.
- Experience with tools like portfolio accounting systems or similar systems.
Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc client reporting.
- Input, review, and validate investment data within reporting systems.
- Assist with onboarding and maintaining client portfolio data.
- Identify and help resolve data or reporting discrepancies.
