About The Position

You will be the Financial Mgmt Sr Stf for the Central Finance Team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise earned‑value management across all Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) contracts. What You Will Be Doing As the Financial Mgmt Sr Stf you will be responsible for driving EVMS compliance, supporting surveillance reviews, and translating data‑driven metrics into actionable program guidance. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and support Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Surveillance Reviews and Program Internal Surveillance Reviews. Initiate and support program baseline activities, including performance measurement baseline creation and baseline change control. Facilitate EVMS processes and conduct variance analysis to ensure timely completion of performance‑measurement tasks. Review and analyze Data Driven Metrics (DDMs), providing clear recommendations to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to corporate and business‑area EVMS policies and approve program documents (PPMDs). Requirements

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess a Secret clearance.
Knowledge of Earned Value Management implementation
Understanding of DCMA Data Driven Metrics (DDM)
Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and Power Point
Working knowledge of LM EVM policies and procedures
Working knowledge of various Finance functions (i.e. EVM, Material Management, Subcontract Management, Contracts, Estimating, Planning, FP&A, etc.)

Nice To Haves

Experience with leading DCMA Compliance and/or Surveillance Reviews
Demonstrated ability to Analyze & Interpret complex Program / EVM Metrics
Demonstrated experience in driving complex issues or problems to successful closure
Effectively manage, communicate and implement 1LMX change readiness within Central Finance
