About the Role A very exciting opportunity for a finance role within the business. The role will provide financial analysis in relation to financial and management reporting in the Americas regional and will support the AMERICAS Regional Financial Controller in all regional finance matters
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (CPA)
- 3+ experience of working in a finance role
- Strong presentation, analytical, communication and organization skills
- Self-motivator, problem solver, provide recommendations and solutions to challenges
Responsibilities
- Gather and organize financial data across AMERICAS OpCos and SPVs
- Work closely with the shared services teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Assist in the monthly financial close process
- Compile and analyze financial reports and resolve discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements
- Assist in the annual audit process, ensuring that audits are completed on time
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Assist in reporting and management of debt
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- P&L & BS analysis and commentary
- Support AMERICAS Regional Financial Controller ad-hoc tasks as required
