Requirements

Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures
Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management
Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
BS Degree
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform earned‑value analysis and variance reporting to highlight risks and opportunities.
Prepare and present financial performance reports (orders, sales, profit, cash) to senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply‑chain partners to align financial plans with technical and schedule objectives.
Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives within the finance function.
