About The Position

You will be the Financial Management for the Advanced Program Finance team. Our team is responsible for pioneering innovative solutions that keep people safe. Requirements

  • Experience with implementing Earned Value Management procedures
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently with limited direction from management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • BS Degree
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate must possess ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

  • Cobra / earned value experience
  • Experience with quarterly Contract Status Review Process (Oracle)
  • Experience with Integrated Program Management Reporting (IPMR) formats
  • Experience with SAP / MRP systems
  • BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program budgets, forecasts, and cost baselines throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform earned‑value analysis and variance reporting to highlight risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial performance reports (orders, sales, profit, cash) to senior leadership on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply‑chain partners to align financial plans with technical and schedule objectives.
  • Mentor junior finance staff and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives within the finance function.
