Our team is responsible for developing internal data collection of Overhead Expenses, Managing Overhead Rates and providing financial guidance to leaders across MFC. Requirements
- MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
- The candidate shall possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related discipline and have demonstrated success as a leader.
- The candidate shall have Overhead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience, as well as experience working with Finance and Business Operations Functions.
- The candidate should also have experience interacting across functions and with multiple internal and external customers.
- The candidate shall have proven leadership experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience in Overhead Expense management and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and process-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a innovative mindset and working knowledge of Finance concepts (EACs, Long Range Planning, etc.)
- Experience developing Forward Pricing Rate Proposals
- Ability to lead through change and serve as a change agent
Responsibilities
- Provide Day to Day direction to the Rates and Factors team and lead through a changing environment
- Developing internal data collection of Overhead Expenses
- Providing financial guidance to Sr. Leadership and the controller
- Support the development of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal
- Support Corporate and the Government customer with information and data requests
