About The Position

You will be the Finance Associate Manager for the Finance Operations team. Our team is responsible for delivering precise financial and business‑operations support to IES and Precision Fires development programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Finance Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts in executing critical financial and business‑operations activities that drive program success. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high‑quality financial analysis. Develop and manage proposals, quarterly contract status reviews, and monthly CDRLs. Execute financial and business‑operations tasks for IES and Precision Fires development programs. Provide ad‑hoc financial support to program and executive management. Collaborate with the Business Operations Senior Manager to align financial activities with strategic goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above from an accredited college.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing cost and financial performance.
  • Experience with enterprise-level cost management tools
  • Experience with FAR/DFAR and US Government financial reporting requirements (i.e. IPMR/CPR, CFSR, CCDR etc.).
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position requires selected candidate to possess the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs.
  • Understanding and Familiarity with LM Processes and Tools.
