About The Position

DirectHire Key Responsibilities Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, payroll, and financial reporting Coordinate and perform month-end and year-end close processes Prepare annual group reporting packages and financial statements Prepare supporting schedules for federal, state, and local tax filings Manage fixed assets, depreciation, and capital expenditure tracking Lead monthly account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy Manage daily cash balances, banking activity, and petty cash Coordinate annual audits and partner with external auditors Resolve accounting system issues and collaborate with corporate finance teams and internal departments Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and desktop work instructions Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–7+ years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, AP/AR, and payroll (manufacturing required) Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to financial operations High energy, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive process improvements Schedule & Pay Monday–Friday, standard business hours (onsite initially, hybrid flexibility long-term) Pay: $145,000-$150,000 Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off Life and disability insurance Hybrid work flexibility after onboarding To Apply Please send your resume to [email protected] Equal Employment Opportunity The Ace Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5–7+ years of experience in financial reporting, general accounting, AP/AR, and payroll (manufacturing required)
Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to financial operations
High energy, detail-oriented, and motivated to drive process improvements
Manufacturing experience required
