About The Position

Personally generate meetings with stakeholders to share benefits of HNB relationship and open new relationships, by Leveraging existing personal network, Working with Regional Bank customers and referrals, Prospecting existing branch book, and Building network in local communities, Lead enablement with BMs and FRBs to multiply efforts across entire Region, Lead highly local cohort pods (3-5 branches) to capitalize on unique conditions in local area

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 4 or more years of sales experience in retail banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrates acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching and colleague development and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services.
  • Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
  • Ability to develop, influence, inspire and motivate colleagues to increase retention.

Responsibilities

  • Personally generate meetings with stakeholders to share benefits of HNB relationship and open new relationships
  • Lead enablement with BMs and FRBs to multiply efforts across entire Region
  • Generate local Bank At Work events individually
  • Open new Primary Bank Relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
