We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This position will support the team in analyzing financial performance, assisting with the budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing insights to help drive decision-making across the company. This position will assist with the creation of management level presentations with financial results and supporting analysis. The role will also have responsibility for managing ad-hoc analysis that will add value and impact to the overall company.
Requirements
- Undergraduate Degree required. MBA or CPA highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive financial analysis and accounting experience, preferably in an FP&A function within a public company or division thereof.
- Knowledge of Microsoft D365, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is highly desired.
- Persuasive written and verbal communication and organization skills are critical.
- Experience in presenting and discussing financial information with Sr. business and financial Leaders is a plus.
- Experience in Hospitality and/or Timeshare industries is very helpful but not required.
- Must work well in a fast-paced changing environment and work well under time constraints.
- Must have an ability to work with different cultures.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct basic financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and key drivers of financial performance.
- Support the team in the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Assist in collecting data from various departments to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting inputs.
- Creation of management level presentations with financial results.
- Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and scenario analyses. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting.
