We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support reporting, forecasting, and decision-making across our multi-entity hospitality group. This role converts operational and accounting data into accurate, owner-ready insights that drive performance.

  • Produce daily, weekly, period, and monthly reporting aligned to the general ledger.
  • Analyze P&Ls, labor, COGS, margins, and operational KPIs.
  • Prepare concise owner-ready packages with variances and trends.
  • Validate data warehouse outputs against posted and reconciled financials.
  • Assist in annual budgets and rolling forecasts across all business units.
  • Maintain and refine models for sales, labor, food & beverage, and departmental performance.
  • Support margin improvement and cost control initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Work across R365, Craftable, Toast, Paycom, Tripleseat, Omni, and the data warehouse.
  • Use Excel/PowerQuery/BI tools to automate and streamline reporting.
  • Partner with accounting on timing, accruals, adjustments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Support data mapping, standardization, and cross-system alignment.
  • Collaborate with venue managers, chefs, operations leaders, and construction teams.
  • Support CFO with strategic modeling and ad hoc analysis.
  • Provide timely insights to Controller during close and review cycles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting experience.
  • Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS; PowerQuery preferred).
  • Ability to manage large datasets and multiple systems.
  • Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights.
  • High analytical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong business curiosity.
  • Comfortable presenting insights to leadership.
  • Ability to sit for long-periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Clear verbal and written communication.
  • The ability to work with computer screens for long periods of time.
  • Hospitality or multi-entity experience a plus.
