As a Real Estate Development Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the financial modeling, analysis, and strategic planning for the 1901 Project, ensuring its success from concept to execution. Requirements

  • 1+ years in commercial real estate finance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate finance or a related field.
  • Experience with complex financial models for underwriting commercial real estate.
  • Advanced experience with Excel modeling.
  • Experience with ARGUS Enterprise.
  • Experience with presenting data to key stakeholders.
  • Coachable mindset with a strong interest in learning and professional growth.
  • Passion for real estate development and ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

  • Analyst experience for a real estate development company preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation and evaluation of financial models for real estate asset classes such as retail, residential, office, hotel, parking, and entertainment venues.
  • Build and manage mixed-use proforma statements and projections.
  • Conduct market research to validate project economics and model assumptions.
  • Maintain construction draw schedules and monitor project budgets.
  • Support the team in entitlement, capitalization, underwriting, and asset management.
  • Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations to simplify complex financial analyses.
  • Deliver ad hoc financial analyses, including breakeven scenarios, sensitivity analyses, and budget trend comparisons.
  • Contribute to additional projects relating to the arena and campus as needed.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this role is $75,000-$105,000 annually.
  • Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
