Assists in coordinating the development and implementation of a variety of financial policies, programs, techniques and analyses to effectively prepare budgets and special projects. Responsibilities: Process & Capitalize Vehicle and Other Purchase Assets Process and Retire Vehicle and Controlled Assets Disposals Review and Process Surplus and Salvage Report Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory and Facilities Insurance Prepare documents for purchase asset audit selections Create and reconcile year-end accruals Perform other duties and special projects as requested Create journal entries as needed
