Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • 3 years in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven ability to guide and mentor a team.

  • Experience with analytical and data visualization tools such as SQL, R Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to statistical modeling, predictive analytics, or scenario planning.

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to gather financial information.
  • Offer financial insights and support to executive leadership in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial implications of strategic initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, mentoring and developing junior analysts.
