About The Position

The Financial Analyst supports the Company’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities by analyzing data, identifying trends, and preparing financial reports. This role partners closely with operations, sales, and leadership to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making. Essential Responsibilities: Ensure overall performance and behaviors are consistent with Beckett Thermal Solutions’ Purpose Statement, Core Values, and Guiding Principles. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, including volume, price, and mix analysis Build and maintain financial models related to profitability, cash flow, and capital investments. Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, supply chain) to understand business drivers. Support EBITDA, contribution margin, and cost analysis at the product, customer, and business unit levels. Support working capital analysis including inventory, receivables, and payables. Assist with management presentations, board materials, and ad-hoc financial analysis. Identify process improvement opportunities and enhance reporting automation and accuracy. Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits as needed. Establish priorities for managing own work while staying on a focused, efficient path for achieving results. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 3-5 years of work experience in financial planning, analysis, or performing similar functions.
  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling).
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail ability with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to present complex financial information in a clear, actionable manner to a non-financial audience.
  • Ability to work with large data sets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of financial data, details, and information provided to perform financial analysis.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance, Accounting, or Economics a plus.
  • Previous experience preforming financial analysis in a global manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Thinkcell.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling techniques.
