Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and account status using our collections tools Research account discrepancies, billing variances, and documentation gaps; Ability to think outside the box while working through grey‑area situations to determine root causes and resolve issues. Work with internal teams (sales, billing, operations, etc.) and customers to resolve invoice discrepancies, document related issues, or unapplied funds Follow the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient collection practices. Achieve or exceed collection goals, recovery rates, and productivity benchmarks while maintaining quality standards. Qualifications Previous Collections/Customer Service experience preferred. Skilled in both verbal and written communication Proven analytical and problem solving skills Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain and support a customer service philosophy Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems in a variety of contexts in a fast paced environment. Has talent to exercise good judgment. Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities Ability to have difficult conversations with large customers Education: College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.
