The Penske Collections Analyst provides information and advice on Accounts Receivable collections by utilizing multiple sources of information.
Responsibilities
- Analyze multiple data sources for potential bad debt losses.
- Prompt action required to alert managers.
- Significant interaction with customer and field to identify and solve payment issues.
- Likely involves administrating a payment plan.
- Manage activities on escalation trackers – for disputes, or when customer payments bounce for non-sufficient funds.
- Help structure repayment plans or influence decision to default.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
