The Opportunity: We are seeking a Financial Advisor to join our team. Here at MassMutual Greater Los Angeles you will own your book of business, attract new clients, and nurture those client relationships. As a new team member, you will provide personalized investment solutions to help clients work toward their long-term financial goals. Requirements

3-5 years experience as a Financial Advisor or similar role.
Health and Life License
Successful completion of FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams.
Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve complex problems.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills.
A Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

Nice To Haves

CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification
Understanding and experience with financial planning software
Proven track record of success in a sales role
Experience with CRM software, ideally Salesforce.
Passionate about providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

Cultivate client relationships
Advise clients on investment strategies, aligning with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
Communicate effectively with clients to build long-lasting relationships
Monitor financial market trends to ensure that the client's plans are effective.
Complying with all industry rules and regulations, and with the company's policies.
