McFarland Clinic is seeking a service-oriented and team-player Financial Advisor for its Ames office. The successful candidate will provide extraordinary care to patients daily. Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED or HiSET
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Customer service experience and working with the public required
Responsibilities
- Assist patients in person, online and on the phone to resolve billing questions/concerns
- Help patients find options to resolve their balances
- Maintain work queues and reports
- Work with insurance companies and other third-party entities
- Be a resource for other departments throughout the clinic
