About The Position

This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and optimize an organization’s finance technology stack, ensuring data integrity, system reliability, and scalability across critical financial processes. You will oversee ERP systems, integrations, and reporting tools while driving automation and process improvement initiatives. Collaborating closely with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and RevOps teams, you will translate complex business requirements into secure, efficient, and scalable technical solutions. The position requires hands-on expertise in system configuration, workflow automation, and SOX compliance while managing both internal team members and external vendors. You will also evaluate and implement AI-enabled financial processes, contributing directly to strategic growth and operational excellence. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong technical acumen, executive presence, and leadership capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial systems management or leadership within high-growth technology companies.
• Expert-level hands-on experience with NetSuite, including SuiteScript and advanced workflow configuration.
• Strong project leadership and execution skills with a high-ownership mindset and accountability for cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience managing internal teams and external vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of SOX-compliant system controls, audit trails, and user access management.
• Deep understanding of finance lifecycle tools, such as FP&A platforms, close management software, and ERP integrations.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows and financial process automation.
• Familiarity with operating within publicly traded companies, ensuring scalable architecture and reporting standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full finance systems stack, including ERP platforms, integrations, and reporting tools.
• Drive system optimization, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives across the finance function.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and RevOps to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure SOX compliance by designing, executing, and maintaining controls, change management, and audit-ready documentation.
• Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-enabled solutions to enhance finance operations and efficiency.
• Lead, coach, and develop finance systems team members, and manage external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain the reliability and security of finance tools and integrations, supporting critical processes and strategic initiatives.
