About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead and optimize an organization’s financial systems, ensuring reliability, scalability, and automation across the finance technology stack. The Finance Systems Manager will own the finance ERP platform and related applications, drive process improvements, and partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and RevOps. You will oversee integrations, workflows, reporting, and compliance controls, while leading a team and managing external consultants to deliver strategic initiatives. The position requires hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to system optimization. You will have a direct impact on finance operations, data integrity, and organizational scaling. This role provides a dynamic environment to innovate and implement AI-enabled solutions to modernize financial processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in financial systems leadership, preferably within high-growth technology companies.
  • Expert-level technical experience with ERP platforms, including hands-on experience with system configuration, workflows, and scripting (e.g., NetSuite SuiteScript).
  • Strong track record of managing finance stack integrations and optimizing finance operations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering to successful execution.
  • Experience maintaining SOX-compliant system controls, including change management and audit readiness.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical complexity into strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing external vendors.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions or intelligent automation in finance processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the finance systems stack, including ERP and related applications, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and security.
  • Lead system integrations and workflows across financial tools to enable seamless, accurate reporting and operations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Engineering, and RevOps to translate business and reporting needs into technical solutions.
  • Ensure SOX compliance, including controls, documentation, and change management processes.
  • Drive process automation and continuous improvement, including adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop internal team members and manage external consultants to ensure timely delivery of system enhancements.
  • Provide strategic guidance on roadmap prioritization and system architecture to senior leadership.
