About The Position

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Finance Systems Development lead to support and scale our financial planning infrastructure. This role will be responsible for doing financial modeling development and administering our FP&A platform (currently Fintastic), maintaining integrations and data pipelines into the FP&A systems, and supporting key financial and headcount management tools. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling knowledge with hands-on systems and data expertise. Requirements

Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling principles
Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Fintastic, or Adaptive, including model design, formula writing, and system configuration
Experience managing or supporting financial systems and data workflows

Nice To Haves

Experience with end-to-end implementation / migration of financial planning tools is big plus
Experience implementing or maintaining workforce planning/headcount management systems
Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting processes
Solid technical foundation in SQL (or similar languages) with experience in data modeling, transformations, and integrations

Responsibilities

Develop, administer, and optimize our FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial reporting
Design and maintain financial models, including building formulas, workflows, and system configurations
Support potential system transitions including implementation, data migration, and optimization
Provide administrative and integration support for our Headcount management platform and our Accounting & Financial close automation platform
Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking and financial reporting alignment
Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
Support ongoing process improvements and system enhancements
