Finance Systems Development Lead

About The Position

We are seeking a highly technical and detail-oriented Finance Systems Development lead to support and scale our financial planning infrastructure. This role will be responsible for doing financial modeling development and administering our FP&A platform (currently Fintastic), maintaining integrations and data pipelines into the FP&A systems, and supporting key financial and headcount management tools. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling knowledge with hands-on systems and data expertise. Requirements

  • Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling principles
  • Hands-on experience with financial planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, Fintastic, or Adaptive, including model design, formula writing, and system configuration
  • Experience managing or supporting financial systems and data workflows

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with end-to-end implementation / migration of financial planning tools is big plus
  • Experience implementing or maintaining workforce planning/headcount management systems
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and financial reporting processes
  • Solid technical foundation in SQL (or similar languages) with experience in data modeling, transformations, and integrations

Responsibilities

  • Develop, administer, and optimize our FP&A platform to support budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning and financial reporting
  • Design and maintain financial models, including building formulas, workflows, and system configurations
  • Support potential system transitions including implementation, data migration, and optimization
  • Provide administrative and integration support for our Headcount management platform and our Accounting & Financial close automation platform
  • Partner with Finance and People teams to ensure accurate headcount tracking and financial reporting alignment
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and People teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions
  • Support ongoing process improvements and system enhancements
