Your role on the team: The Finance Systems Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support of financial projects. Processes intake forms into the project workflow software and tracks approval check points Assists in monthly reporting activities by ensuring accuracy of approved financial plans are loaded to financial reporting systems Ensures reports are standardized; including approved updates to reports and templates are implemented Provides periodic general system training for end users

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training
  • PC literate to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organized with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with limited oversight
  • Proactive and results-oriented in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
