Requirements

  • Finance Specialist Qualifications Sector Experience: A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a retail automotive F&I department.
  • Compliance Standards: A clean record with a Valid Driver’s License and a commitment to ethical lending.
  • Corporate Hiring Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with a clean driving record, valid driver's license, and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical Skillset: Proficiency in Dealertrack, RouteOne, and major DMS platforms is highly preferred.
  • Communication Prowess: Ability to handle high-pressure negotiations with poise and professional transparency.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the Closing Process: Manage the transition from sales to finance, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and efficient contracting experience
  • Analyze Credit Portfolios: Evaluate customer credit applications to match guests with the ideal lending institutions and lease programs
  • Drive Ancillary Revenue: Educate guests on the benefits of vehicle service contracts, theft protection, and prepaid maintenance plans
  • Audit Deal Paperwork: Maintain 100% accuracy in all legal documentation to ensure rapid funding and strict regulatory compliance
  • Optimize Sales Velocity: Work hand-in-hand with sales managers to structure deals that maximize both volume and profitability
