This role liaises with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Finance and has opportunities to interact with all levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8+ years of relevant finance/accounting experience, preferably across a range of Finance functions
- Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Superior communication skills: ability to summarize complex financial analyses in a clear & concise manner
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with BPC, Power BI, W-Desk a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation and reporting for the Non-GAAP LBE and Flash process by collaborating with key stakeholders throughout the company
- Prepare agile analysis for Director and VP of FP&A to support executive level storytelling
- Compile a comprehensive LBE Reporting Package for Senior Leadership
- Ensure LBE data integrity across systems of record and support reporting
- Support LRP, Plan, BOD, and Quarterly Earnings deliverables
- Partner with Finance Transformation to develop enhanced LBE reporting tool
- Ad-hoc analysis as required
- Manage one direct report
