About The Position

In financial operations at PwC, you will specialise in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations within organisations. Your work will involve assessing financial processes, identify areas for improvement, and design and implement solutions to streamline financial operations, enhance controls, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for providing guidance on financial systems implementation, process automation, and financial shared services. Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. As part of the Finance Consulting Team, you will advise global organizations on improving efficiency in finance cycles such as Record-to-Report and Order-to-Cash and deliver process driven transformation utilizing leading Finance technology solutions. As a Director, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a senior level, drive overall project success, and develop top-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree
At least 10 years of experience

Nice To Haves

Master of Business Administration in Finance & Technology, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Banking and Insurance, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) preferred
Proficiency in finance efficiency and effectiveness
Possessing knowledge of core finance cycles
Demonstrating familiarity with finance technologies
Business intelligence tools experience
Developing finance operating models
Building client relationships
Supervising and coaching teams
