About The Position
Our client is seeking a Finance Officer to support day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records. This role is ideal for someone early in their finance career who is looking to develop their skills within a structured finance team.
Requirements
- Studying or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with financial reporting and preparation of financial statements
- Post journal entries and maintain general ledger records
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
