About The Position

St Margaret Mary’s College, Hyde Park is currently seeking an organised and proactive Finance Officer for a part-time, fixed-term position (10 hours per week) , with hours to be negotiated, concluding 26 June 2026 . In this role, you will support the Principal and Leadership Team in managing the school’s financial operations. Key responsibilities include overseeing purchasing, banking and cash handling; assisting with budgets and student fees; managing financial claims; and preparing reports to support compliance and audit requirements. With strong financial administration experience, excellent organisational skills, and a keen attention to detail, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and effective management of the school’s finances while supporting the mission and values of Catholic education.
