You will play a key role in assisting customers with the selection of protective products and services while facilitating the finance process. Present and explain vehicle protection packages to customers, highlighting the benefits of each. Build professional relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers. Submit deals electronically to banks using the appropriate dealer systems. Ensure accuracy in all paperwork, meeting dealership, DMV, and lender requirements. Monitor receivables and ensure timely follow-up and collection of outstanding payments. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions. Participate in team meetings to discuss performance, sales, and customer satisfaction. Assist customers as needed during peak sales traffic, providing a seamless experience. Follow-up on purchased products requiring customer action. Qualifications: 2+ years of dealership finance experience is required. Prior automotive sales management experience is a plus. Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team collaboration. Strong self-motivation with the ability to achieve targeted goals. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computers. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
