Requirements
- Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED
- Minimum 1 year as an automotive manager
- Minimum 3 years of total automotive experience
- Deep understanding of lender programs, F&I laws, and compliance procedures
- Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
