Requirements

• Proven Automotive Finance Manager experience (required)
• Strong track record of backend production
• Ability to work within a luxury, client-focused environment
• Professional, polished communication style
• Organized and efficient under deal volume
• Deep understanding of lender programs and structuring
• 2-3 years in the retail automotive industry
• Minimum of 1 year finance manager experience with proven track record
• Strong Negotiation and presentation skills
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product offerings
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Background check, reference check, and drug screen required

Responsibilities

• Structure and close finance deals efficiently
• Present F&I products in a professional, consultative manner
• Maximize backend while maintaining a premium customer experience
• Work closely with sales managers to move deals quickly and cleanly
• Maintain lender relationships and secure approvals
• Ensure compliance, accuracy, and funding efficiency
