Requirements

Automotive industry experience is REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year as an automotive manager
Minimum 3 years of total automotive experience
Deep understanding of lender programs, F&I laws, and compliance procedures
Strong communication, closing, and negotiation skills
High ethical standards, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
