This role partners closely with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver actionable financial insights, maintain key models, and support forecasting and performance analysis across the business.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with large datasets to help guide data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in finance, FP&A, consulting, analytics, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed financial analysis.
• Ability to independently structure and complete analytical projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance metrics.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership.

Nice To Haves

• Experience building dashboards or reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience in telecommunications, subscription-based businesses, or high-growth environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, including variance analysis versus plan.
• Maintain and enhance financial models related to revenue growth, subscriber penetration, ARPU, and operating expenses.
• Analyze subscriber growth, penetration rates, churn, and other key operational metrics to identify trends and insights.
• Evaluate marketing performance including campaign ROI, CAC, channel mix, and funnel conversion metrics.
• Build structured financial models to support operational planning and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and improve reporting that tracks key performance indicators for leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to support business performance analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance workflows and leverage automation or AI tools for reporting and analysis.
• Improve the accuracy and structure of financial forecasting as the business scales.
• Streamline reporting and analytics processes to support company growth.
