Prior dealership F&I Management experience is a plus, but not a deal-breaker.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the profitability of the finance department by selling available products
Enforcing the sales process
Offer 100% of the products to 100% of the customers, 100% of the time through the use of a menu system
Maintain awareness of manufacturer promotions and incentives
Maintain accurate F & I documentation daily
Maintain customer satisfaction
Track and report sales deal funding
Communicate with other department managers
Keep finance expenses and charge backs under control
Provide input on advertising ideas and promotions
Perform any and all other duties related to financing, funding, titling, and other paperwork at the time of a unit sale
