Pratt and Whitney has an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager - Advanced Casting Foundry This is an onsite position based out of our Asheville, North Carolina location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 10+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 7+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
  • Strong MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
  • SAP and HFM competency
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems.

  • Strong Internal controls background.
  • Background in Manufacturing Cost Accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage monthly financial closing and reporting responsibilities, in addition to long range and annual planning requirements.
  • Onboarding of initial manpower (Salary & Hourly) and capital expenditures to manage ROI, IRR and NPV within RTX Board of Director approved threshold.
  • Establish HFM & SAP cost infrastructure to support bill of material (BOM) costing and labor and overhead absorption modeling.
  • Partnering directly with MIKRO, Operations, Engineering and Enabling functions to drive execution and efficiencies in the Casting value stream.
  • Full integration with Hot Section Global Supply chain to coordinate raw material requirements to support initial ACF production, and ultimate LTA requirements with incumbent Casting suppliers upon full rate volumes.
