The Finance Manager, Advertising & Promotional (A&P) Business and Process plays a key role supporting one of the most essential cross-functional activities in the company: A&P spend planning, monitoring, and analysis. As the A&P business and process owner, this role will focus on enhancing the A&P system, simplifying A&P-related processes, and improving data quality to enable data-driven decisions. You will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Information Technology to prioritize enhancements and remove roadblocks for end users. This role reports to the Director, A&P and Market Performance. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys being the “go-to” finance partner for systems, process, and data. You’re energized by improving how work gets done—simplifying workflows, raising data quality, and making tools easier for teams to use. You’re confident building relationships across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Information Technology, and you can balance competing priorities to drive the right outcomes. You bring a structured, project-oriented approach and follow through—especially during testing, rollouts, and change management.
