Requirements

  • Prior experience in finance or administrative support ( loan experience highly preferred )
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional, dependable, and detail‑oriented

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to guide customers through their loan process
  • Support project managers with loan documentation, data entry, and status updates
  • Maintain organized records and perform general administrative tasks
  • Assist with internal communication and coordination between departments
