Our Core Values- Forward Thinking, Collaborative, Service Oriented Job Summary The AHFH Chief Impact Officer (CIO) is a crucial leadership figure tasked with steering our organization toward positive programmatic outcomes. The CIO spearheads the strategic development and oversight of AHFH programs ensuring they align with our mission of providing safe and affordable housing to the five counties AHFH serves. By acting as the integrator for real estate, design, construction, client services, and Affordable home sales, the CIO provides lead-ership and guidance to multiple teams to ensure the strategic vision of the or-ganization is carried out efficiently. By integrating these initiatives into the broader AHFH strategy, the CIO plays a pivotal role in translating the organization’s mission into concrete actions that contribute to addressing housing challenges and fostering positive community development.
