About The Position

Join Adobe as a Finance Lead to the Employee Experience team! The EX org creates engaging and outstanding experiences to support our world-class workforce. The Finance partner will influence management decisions, lead change, standardize methods, and challenge the status quo as Adobe scales for growth. This role supports senior leadership with headcount and budget management. It drives and mentors partners through key processes like quarterly and annual planning. You will provide ongoing insight into business health, including trends, variances, and risk assessments. You will contribute to decision-making by offering financial mentorship and presenting data clearly to leadership. This role partners cross-functionally with Global Accounting, Treasury & Corporate Risk, and Legal to conduct economic research on rates of return, depreciation, working capital, investments opportunities, and governmental requirements. Requirements

  • High attention to details with organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results
  • Team oriented
  • Excellent analytical & technical skills: Excel skills are a plus, and experience in Tableau, PowerBI, and Anaplan are highly valued
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is passionate about continuous improvements
  • Proven knowledge of financial fundamentals and forecasting process
  • Strong analytical skills, and outstanding social skills to articulate key business and financial implications/business impact
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant FP&A experience required
