Requirements
- Proven Finance & Insurance experience is REQUIRED
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, ethical, and performance-driven mindset
- Excited about growth, leadership, and building something new in Wichita
Nice To Haves
- Experience from the following backgrounds is strongly encouraged:
- Automotive dealership F&I
- Banking or lending
- RV dealership
- Other structured finance-driven sales environments
Responsibilities
- Manage the full Finance & Insurance process from start to finish
- Present financing, insurance, and protection products in a clear, ethical, and professional manner
- Work with lending partners to secure competitive approvals and funding
- Ensure strict compliance with all state and federal regulations
- Deliver a smooth, transparent, and confident customer experience
- Partner with dealership leadership to help build processes at a new location
