Requirements
- Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in automotive retail.
- Strong knowledge of finance, insurance products, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and insurance products ethically and transparently.
- Secure financing through approved lenders and negotiate competitive terms.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Achieve monthly targets for finance penetration, product sales, and gross profit.
- Collaborate with sales team to structure deals and train staff on F&I processes.
