The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial health, integrity, and sustainability of the organization. This role provides strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while ensuring compliance with nonprofit accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and grant and donor restrictions. The Director of Finance manages the finance team and partners closely with the Executive Director, senior leadership, and the Board of Directors to support informed decision-making and advance the organization’s mission. The Director of Finance holds a high standard of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
