About The Position

The Finance Coordinator ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple administrative processes. This role assists with day-to-day finance operations such as accounts payable and month-end close. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and external partners are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • 3+ years of Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiar with HRIS and/or accounting software
  • Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and execute assignments accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues and leadership at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting support
  • Understand and help manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes
  • Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders, and verify billing accuracy
  • Responsbile for data entry in various accounting soft wares
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices and track collections to ensure timely payments
  • Compile and input financial information while ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Troubleshoot and resolve admin inputting process issues to maintain effeciency and compliance
  • Provide backup support for month-end closing activities as needed
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, research and resolve discrepancies, and communicate outcomes clearly
  • Help cultivate an environment of continuous improvement through process refinement and collaboration
