About The Position

Join InfoConsulting – one of the fastest-growing consulting and technology companies in the EMEA region. We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to strengthen financial governance, performance discipline, and strategic alignment across multiple countries. Given the scale of operations, significant cross-border financial flows, and the complexity of transfer pricing, centralized financial oversight is essential. This role ensures consolidated planning, financial transparency, and acts as a single escalation point for finance matters across the Group, including governance oversight of the Finance Shared Service Center operations. To support our expansion plans, we are currently hiring Finance Business Partner to strengthen our team and embark on an exciting new journey with us.

Requirements

  • Senior finance professional with a strong business partnering mindset.
  • Experienced in multi-country environments and shared service structures.
  • Knowledgeable in transfer pricing governance and financial compliance frameworks.
  • Structured, analytical, and execution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and Managing Directors.
  • Focused on financial alignment, transparency, and scalable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global Leadership and Managing Directors on budgeting, forecasting, and execution of the Group’s growth strategy.
  • Consolidate global business plans and ensure alignment between country targets and Group objectives.
  • Define and oversee transfer pricing principles and governance framework, ensuring alignment with operational reality and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Group financial policies, audit readiness, and proactive risk identification across jurisdictions.
  • Oversee financial operations of the Shared Service Center, and ousource finance services globally ensuring process efficiency, consistency, and service quality across countries.
  • Act as the single escalation point for cross-country finance operations, including intercompany, billing, revenue recognition, cost allocation, treasury, and SSC reporting matters.
  • Consolidate global financial performance, own controlling master data governance, and ensure consistent KPI reporting (margin, Technical Cost of Delivery, project and product profitability).
  • Structure and support Monthly Business Reviews, drive accountability through action tracking, and escalate unresolved performance gaps to the Group CFO.
