Requirements

  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university, MBA a plus; will consider a combination of experience and/or education.
  • Ideally, 7+ years in finance/accounting, with at least 5 years supporting senior management.
  • Advanced Excel, PowerBI, Oracle, Planful (or related FP&A application experience); strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, collaborative, deadline-driven, and adept at presenting complex financial data clearly.
  • Commitment to consistently adhere to policies and procedures and be a positive example for others by demonstrating the Company’s core values of Respect, Accountability, Innovation, Safety, and Excellence in completing work assignments.
  • Self-motivated, have phenomenal work ethic and looking for the right company to support your growth.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Commercial Affairs, Blending, Finance, HR, and Legal teams to develop annual plans, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insights through monthly financial reporting and variance analysis.
  • Drive cost management strategies and implement financial best practices across departments.
  • Collaborate with cost center owners on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning.
  • Train team members on financial systems and processes to strengthen P&L accountability.
