About The Position

Requirements

  • Broad business background with strong financial acumen; proven expertise in program finance, strategic planning and program execution.
  • Formal leadership experience guiding diverse, high-visibility teams
  • Experience in Earned Value management and proposal capture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at presentation to executive leadership and coordination across functions.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program execution and support new‑business capture efforts as the finance business partner to the Program Management Director.
  • Develop business cases, cost‑benefit analyses, and strategic plans that improve profitability and enable growth.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, supply chain, finance, legal, etc.) to align financial targets with program objectives.
  • Lead a high‑performing F&BO team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide senior‑leadership reporting and actionable insights that influence decision‑making and resource allocation.
