About The Position

You will be the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager for the Upper Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) team. Our team is responsible for driving business growth, improving profitability, and partnering with program management to deliver successful outcomes. As the Finance & Business Operations Sr. Manager you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all business‑operations activities, driving program execution, and supporting new‑business captures as the finance business partner to the Program Management Director. Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Requirements

  • Broad business background with strong financial acumen; proven expertise in program finance, strategic planning and program execution.
  • Formal leadership experience guiding diverse, high-visibility teams
  • Experience in Earned Value management and proposal capture
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, adept at presentation to executive leadership and coordination across functions.
