The Facilities Management Department is seeking a Finance Business Analyst who is enthusiastic and passionate about fiscal analysis, research, and reporting. This position will be responsible for various budget and accounting duties, working closely with our project management team. Experience in budget monitoring, journal entries, and capital assets is preferred. If you are incredibly organized, have keen attention to detail, and are highly customer-focused, we want you to join our diverse team! As the landlord for all facilities owned by Maricopa County, the Facilities Management Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operations of more than 200 facilities comprised of over 10 million square feet. Facilities Management is a collaborative team that provides and performs various functions to meet the facility-related needs of all Maricopa County Departments. Our broad range of services includes ongoing operations and maintenance of all County-owned facilities, management of all facility projects, and in-house design services.
