About The Position
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Associate to join our team! This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Mandarin is preferred

Responsibilities
- Support Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) processes.
- Keen eye for details and accuracy.
- Assist with month-end closing and ensure the deadlines are meet.
- Assist with data entry, including but not limited to sales orders, invoices, vendor bills, and company credit card transactions.
- Organize financial documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform basic administrative and finance-related tasks as needed.
