What You’ll Do Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the Head of Finance with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the business. Reporting: Help build and maintain financial reports and dashboards that give leadership a clear view of company performance. Data Management: Organize and maintain financial data with accuracy and consistency so models and reports are always reliable. Ad Hoc Analysis: Assist with a variety of finance tasks as the business grows, from unit economics to investor-facing materials. Process Support: Help document and improve internal finance processes as we scale. Who You Are Early in Your Career, Ready to Learn: You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and have up to 2 years of experience or relevant internships. You are coachable and take feedback well. Numerically Sharp: Numbers feel natural to you. You are precise, catch errors, and understand why accuracy in finance matters. Spreadsheet-Proficient: You are comfortable building and navigating financial models in Excel or Google Sheets and want to keep getting better. Detail-Oriented: You do not cut corners. You check your work, ask clarifying questions, and care about getting it right. Curious About AI: You are open to learning how AI tools can accelerate financial work and are excited to work at a company on the frontier of that shift. Dependable and Hungry: You are early in your career but show up with a professional mindset. You want real responsibility and are ready to earn it. Your First 90 Days Month 1: Learn the business, the financial stack, and how we currently run reporting and budgeting. Shadow the Head of Finance across core workflows. Month 2: Take ownership of recurring reporting tasks and contribute to the monthly close process. Month 3: Support a forecasting or planning cycle with increasing independence and deliver at least one process or reporting improvement.

Requirements

  • Early in Your Career, Ready to Learn: You hold a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and have up to 2 years of experience or relevant internships. You are coachable and take feedback well.

  • Excel and/or Google Sheets (financial modeling)
  • Google Suite
  • Accounting or ERP software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • BI/reporting tools
  • AI tools (Primarily Claude for analysis and drafting)
