Please note that this position is contingent on pending grant funding; if we are unable to secure funding, we may not be able to fill the position. This will initially be a part-time benefitted position at 20 hours per week. Depending on funding, we may increase the position hours accordingly. The Finance & Grants Administrator plays a key role in ensuring sound financial management, compliance, and reporting for the organization’s government and institutional grants. This position is responsible for financial oversight, reporting, and compliance monitoring of assigned grants and contracts, while also supporting program teams in budget management, cost allowability, and financial reporting. A member of the Finance team, this role reports to the Finance Manager.
